Our Solution : Developing AMAN Payment for Streamlined MOI Payment

Background

Egyptian Traffic Units were facing challenges in managing personal and car violations efficiently. The payment process was manual, which resulted in long lines, frustrated citizens and increased administrative costs. The government wanted to find a solution to improve the payment process and make it more convenient for the citizens.

Problem

The government of Egypt tasked Shelter Technology Company to develop a payment system that would help streamline the payment process for personal and car violations. The solution needed to be fast, secure and easy to use, both for citizens and the Traffic Units.

Solution

Shelter Technology Company developed a payment solution called AMAN Payment. The solution enables citizens to pay their personal and car violations through an app or through a POS machine in the Traffic Units. The app is available for both Android and iOS users, making it accessible to a large audience.

AMAN Payment was designed to be user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface. Citizens can access the app from their smartphones, choose the type of violation they wish to pay for, and make the payment securely through various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, online banking, or mobile wallets. The app also provides citizens with real-time updates on their payment status.

For the Traffic Units, AMAN Payment has a POS machine that accepts payments through cash, credit/debit cards, The POS machine is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with the existing systems in the Traffic Units.
